Consultancy is charged at £200 per half day, with planning and preparation billed separately in line with the scope of the commission.

Support to establish effective Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) across a school or Trust.
PLCs are structured groups of staff who work collaboratively to improve teaching and learning through shared inquiry, evidence‑informed practice and ongoing professional dialogue.
PLCs can effectively drive subject‑specific curriculum development or key areas of pedagogy, such as assessment and feedback.

Whole‑School Development & Strategy

RSHE policy development and consultation:

Creation of a school/Trust‑level RSHE policy fully aligned with the updated statutory framework
